About Us

We have factory trained technicians for Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo & Volkswagen on hand. We spare no expense in keeping up to date with the latest diagnostic equipment (updated till 2019). These facts enable us to provide our customers with OEM level service.

Stanley Wilkinson took part in "Mechanic of the Year Competition", a nationwide contest for technicians from each & every manufacturer (from Alfa Romeo to Volvo) & was fortunate enough to attain the highest accolades, Provincial & National for 3 years running in the late 90's.  Since then he was Service Manager with Mercedes Benz CPT & Bentley CPT.

This showed him that the modern discerning customer expects a personal service that cannot be supplied by such a large production line type of service centre.

From this need of personal service came about SHW AUTOMOTIVE.

Since then we have been very fortunate, from only a handful of customers we have grown considerably with almost no advertising, thanks to word of mouth referrals from our loyal & valued customers.
